If you decide to return to CrossFit 1977 in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applied, since these rates are subject to change.
Please read everything below before agreeing to the terms.
Cancellation Policy:
The member may cancel this contract at any time with 30 days notice. Any invoices due within that 30 day period will be required to close the account and stop billing. The account must be paid in full with no outstanding invoices in order for the membership to close. If the terms and conditions below are not satisfied, the membership will not be terminated and will continue to auto-renew in Wodify per your membership agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure any final payments are complete so that your membership is closed out.
Cancellation Process:
Submit your cancellation notice at any time by submitting this form. If your next membership billing date is within 30 days, you will be required to pay that invoice.
For example: it is March 1st and your next billing date is March 24th (less than 30 days), you will be required to pay the 03/24 invoice so that the account can be closed.
Example #2: it is March 1st and your next billing date is April 2nd. Your membership will end on April 1st with no further payments.
You will continue to have membership rights during the cancellation period as well as the remainder of your paid membership.
Wodify access will be deactivated upon completion of your final membership month as long as the final invoice was paid.
All payments are non-refundable. Members are not refunded for an unused time left on their purchased membership. Members are not refunded if they did not use the gym during their membership period.
