Owner / Head Coach

She begin CrossFit in 2013 after receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. She quickly developed a passion for the sport; deciding to leave behind her career to pursue the life of a coach, athlete and affiliate owner. She is also now a firefighter for the town of Webster, MA. 

Having overcome many personal obstacles in life with the help of CrossFit, she hopes to help many others do the same through coaching. No matter what your fitness level and goals are, she will make it her mission to help you achieve them. She could not love what she does more and considers each of her members more like family.
